Orange Servicing Ltd was established in 2015 as a service business focusing on the repair of fridges, freezers and air conditioning. As an independent business we operate on the basis of providing the best possible advice from an engineering background, not only on the best value for money refrigeration but also more specifically on what type of refrigeration gives you the results you are looking for.

Our focus is on maintaining a team of engineers that are able to provide both an excellent level of engineering service competence as well as a friendly, professional approach and willing to go the extra mile to assist you in what you are trying to achieve.

Orange Servicing bases its commercial identity on giving a personal, friendly and value for money offering to customers on a word-of-mouth basis.

We currently offer ad hoc service visits, preventative maintenance contracts and general chiller advice related to a wide variety of businesses.

We believe that servicing should be a positive activity based upon learning from our own experiences, conducting repairs and then focusing on what components we should hold in order to provide a high level of first time fix for our clients. It is very important to us that our clients see value in our business and are happy to support our endeavours towards giving them a better service so we always encourage feedback from them on how well we are doing and any improvements they feel we could make.

Orange Servicing currently provides breakdown response and PPM contract servicing to over 400 sites in the home counties. This includes the supply of new fridges and freezers to all of the clients that we currently work with.
