Controllable high efficiency cooking from CookTek – the widest range of
reliable, heavy duty induction equipment – Models available in single phase
and 3 phase. They are powerful units built to the highest standards for all
kitchen environments. Many units include a 5 year parts and labour warranty.

The CookTek range of buffet units include the famous CookTek
“Incogneeto” under counter buffet system that is invisible when not in use.
The range also includes the CookTek Silenzio range in either square or round
drop-ins. These 650W units are all set by temperature for precise temperature
holding, and with Five years warranty.

Along side this range we recommend the Dolphin range of chafing dishes, that
are the ideal partner to the CookTek units, with slow close hydraulic hinges.

The flashGRILL has exceptional energy saving figures, saving the user
£0,000’s in saved energy against traditional griddles. Grill vegetables, fish and
meat without burning – Better food quality with low energy – unique indirect
heat using transfer fluid from the flashGRILL electric griddle, with the
cooking characteristics of a chrome griddle. Large range of sizes available.

KLIMA dry aging cabinets add value to meat, fish, cheese and charcuterie by
enhancing the flavours and textures. Large range available. The only cabinets
with built in ozone injector and humidity generator for hygienic, accurate aging,
with the ability to age up to beyond 90 days, continuing to improve texture and
flavour. Large capacity size for size. No salt blocks required, The Klima
Easy 500 cabinet is the latest in the range, that can age 50-100Kgs. All with
five years warranty.
