At Mitchell & Cooper (Bonzer), we specialise in the design and manufacture of light catering equipment products for food preparation, serving, portion control, and dispensers for coffee shops, bars, commercial kitchens, caterers, professional chefs and restaurants.

Our food preparation equipment includes juicers, blenders, ice cream machines and our signature product, the Bonzer Can Opener. Cookware products include nonstick frying pans and stainless steel pots from Bourgeat, as well as baking trays, kitchen utensils and other cooking, bakery and kitchen equipment.

We also design and stock a wide variety of bar equipment for bartenders, including cocktail shakers, cocktail sets, wine accessories, barware sets, and bar and cocktail accessories. All of our products are designed to be used in the highest standard professional or commercial kitchens.

We have always had a passion for innovative product design that stands the test of time. This philosophy and attention to detail have been at the heart of everything we do, since Alfred Mitchell & Arthur Cooper first started as silversmiths and engravers in 1879 in East London, before evolving into the Mitchell & Cooper company and then later into the Bonzer brand we know and love today.

Our products such as the Bonzer Can Opener and Unigrip and Litegrip scoops are produced with the aid of machines and modern industrial techniques, but assembled and finished by hand in our factory in East Sussex, England. We are very proud to claim that 95% of Bonzer’s products are still produced in the UK.
