Job Title: Commercial Partnership Manager
Location: Hybrid – Office / Home, UK.
Reports to: Managing Director, Cedabond

About the Role
Cedabond is seeking a commercially minded Commercial Partnership Manager to drive strategic growth across the UK foodservice sector. The role will be responsible for developing and managing key commercial partnerships with distributors, manufacturers, and a range of foodservice industry contacts.
The successful candidate will identify new business opportunities, strengthen existing relationships, and deliver collaborative commercial agreements that support Cedabond’s on-going growth targets.
This is an excellent opportunity for a relationship-focused professional with strong commercial instincts and an in-depth understanding of the UK foodservice landscape.
Key Responsibilities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry partners
• Identify and deliver new partnership opportunities across the UK foodservice market
• Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure successful execution
• Deliver regular commercial reporting, forecasting, and performance analysis
• Lead partnership review meetings – identify relevant KPI and other targets
• Represent the business at industry events, trade exhibitions, and other networking opportunities

Skills & Experience Required
• Proven experience in business development within the foodservice and hospitality sectors
• Strong understanding of the UK foodservice landscape
• Demonstrable experience of managing strategic customer relationships and commercial negotiations
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently whilst managing multiple priorities effectively
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationally as required
