ZODIAC Stainless Products Company is pleased to announce a significant milestone in its growth journey: the company has completed a capital increase through a new strategic partnership with SUNNEX PRODUCTS LTD. (SUNNEX), its largest supplier and long-standing partner. With this development, SUNNEX has now become one of ZODIAC’s key shareholders.

Sunnex Products Limited is a Hong Kong-based company specialising in the manufacturing of catering and household items since 1972. Sunnex is a member of the Sunbeam Group, whose history dates back to 1929.

Sunnex has a wholly owned factory in Tai Shan, China, with a manufacturing space of 118,000 square metres. The company’s experienced R&D team, supported by skilled engineers and machinists, operates a fully equipped tool shop dedicated to continuous product innovation and development.

With a long-standing tradition of designing and producing items under its own brand, Sunnex is widely recognised for its quality, reliability and value in the catering trade. Its extensive product portfolio includes electrical appliances, chafing dish sets, teaware and kitchen tools — all trusted by catering professionals around the world.

Sunnex and Zodiac`s partnership carries deep meaning, rooted in a shared history. Both ZODIAC and SUNNEX trace their origins to Dr. Henry Yu, whose entrepreneurial vision laid the foundation for both companies. Over the years, ZODIAC has proudly served as SUNNEX’s exclusive distributor in the UK, Ireland and parts of Europe, building a strong reputation and loyal customer base together.

By becoming a shareholder, SUNNEX is not only strengthening ZODIAC’s financial position but also reaffirming its confidence in the company’s people, strategy and future direction. This year also marks a very special chapter for ZODIAC, as the company celebrates 50 years of business. To honour this milestone, ZODIAC unveiled a refreshed brand identity, launched a new website and introduced an extensive selection of new product lines and collections — reaffirming its reputation for innovation and customer focus.

Alongside these achievements, ZODIAC has made a major investment in its warehousing operations. Plans are underway to relocate to a larger site in Birmingham in the first quarter of next year, featuring a significantly expanded warehouse and office space. This move will substantially increase stock capacity and enhance service capabilities, supporting the company’s ambitious growth plans.
